1. Introduction & Acceptance
Amerika Cepte LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Amerika Cepte”, “App”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operates a community-based digital platform designed for Turkish individuals living in or interested in the United States. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App is not intended for children under 18.

3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Certain features require phone number verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under it.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
Users agree not to post illegal, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content, or to misuse the platform for scams, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

5. User-Generated Content & License
Users retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting content, you grant Amerika Cepte LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the App.

6. Community, Chat Rooms & Forums
We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, restrict, or remove content or users that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community, platform integrity, or legal compliance.

7. Listings & Marketplace
Listings are subject to moderation and are published for a fixed duration of 30 days unless removed earlier. Expired listings may be reactivated only upon payment of a new fee and may be subject to renewed review.

8. Paid Features & Payments
Certain features require payment via third-party payment providers. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policies of Apple App Store or Google Play. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Moderation & Account Termination
Amerika Cepte LLC may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or remove content in the event of violations, security risks, suspected fraud, or harm to the platform or other users, with or without prior notice. 10. AI-Assisted Moderation The App uses automated systems and artificial intelligence tools to assist with content moderation, fraud prevention, and platform safety. Final moderation decisions remain at the discretion of Amerika Cepte LLC.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amerika Cepte LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for user-generated content user-to-user transactions, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

12. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

14. Effects of Termination
Upon termination of an account, associated content and listings may be removed. Amerika Cepte LLC has no obligation to retain user data except as required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
